Incident management

How we handle issues:

  • Issues are reported via direct email or support channels
  • Response times are defined in pilot agreements
  • Critical issues receive immediate attention with direct engineering support
  • Planned maintenance is coordinated with affected participants in advance

Maintenance windows

Maintenance and updates are scheduled with advance notice. Emergency patches for security or critical bugs may be deployed with shorter notice as operationally required.
