About

Built by operators.
For operators.

SeaGoat is the intelligence layer for the physical world—where evidence becomes decisions, and decisions hold up under scrutiny.

The Problem

Commercial real estate and industrial operations run on inspections, assessments, and due diligence. But the workflow is broken.

đź“„

Static PDFs

Findings locked in reports. No lineage, no updates, no way to query across properties.

đź”—

Broken Chains

Evidence disconnected from costs. Costs disconnected from schedules. No defensibility.

⏱️

Manual Hell

Teams waste weeks consolidating Excel, fact-checking PDFs, and rebuilding context.

The Solution

SeaGoat turns inspection workflows into governed intelligence engines. Evidence → Findings → Costs → Reports. Every link traceable. Every decision defensible.

STAGEConstruction Workspace

The Super-Inspector for construction due diligence. Evidence becomes findings, findings become costs, costs become schedules—with review built in.

RIGIndustrial Workspace

The integrity layer for industrial operations. Turns telemetry and inspection evidence into audit-ready findings—with compliance built in.

GRIDMemory Engine

The visual ledger for asset intelligence. Trace assets → dependencies → findings. Evidence-linked history that compounds over time.

ATLASStrategy Engine

The executive brain for portfolio intelligence. Portfolio rollups · What-if simulation · Executive briefs—grounded in approved outputs.

How It's Different

Evidence-First Architecture

Every finding traces back to source evidence. Every cost item links to a finding. Every report section cites its inputs. No hallucinations, no guesses, no dead ends.

Governed Workflows

Validation gates enforce data quality. Review layers prevent bad outputs from shipping. Audit trails log every approval and override. Built for defensibility, not speed theater.

Intelligence That Compounds

Asset memory persists across inspections. GRID links the same asset over time. ATLAS queries that memory for portfolio patterns. Your intelligence layer gets smarter, not stale.

Founder

Mor Baban

Mor has spent his career at the intersection of field operations and software—building systems where the work is physical, the evidence matters, and downtime costs real money. He built SeaGoat after watching inspection teams lose days to manual research, scattered photos and docs, and inconsistent review. The result is a governed workflow system that keeps humans in control and makes outputs defensible.

Mor came up in industrial operations—petroleum engineering, manufacturing floors, construction sites. The kind of work where you're tracking physical assets, evidence piles up fast, and if your documentation breaks, projects stop moving.

He's built production systems, run construction workflows, shipped enterprise software for oil & gas operations, and built inspection tools for field teams. Every time, same problem: evidence scattered everywhere, review processes that collapse under load, no clean line from what you saw to what you reported.

When a commercial real estate operator described their PCA workflow, it was the exact same pattern—just different industry vocabulary. So he built the same governance layer for construction that industrial ops needed: evidence tracking, validation gates, audit trails.

SeaGoat is that system. Built to turn fragmented inspection workflows into defensible intelligence—at scale, across portfolios, with governance that actually works.

How We Operate

  • —No client data in training. Your inspection data stays yours. We build on code, synthetic tests, and public references.
  • —Product partner, not vendor. We pilot with defined scope, then roll out. You get the platform, support, and a path to scale.
  • —Built for audit. Every output has provenance. Every decision has a trail. No black boxes.

We work with commercial real estate operators and industrial asset managers who need intelligence systems, not software theater.
