GRID

GRID is the asset memory: one identity per property, across owners, lenders, and reassessments. It is the record both SITUS and ATLAS depend on.

GRID is not a feature promise. It is a data consequence. Every SITUS finding is structured and evidence-bound the moment it’s written: the condition ties to the finding, the finding ties to its photos, the cost ties to a line item. A memory layer built on records like that beats one built by re-keying static PDFs after the fact. SITUS clients are building GRID’s data today.

SITUS ships today. GRID is built on the assessments it produces, not promised ahead of them.
